Advertisement for Hiring of a Qualified Consultant for the
Construction and Renovation at Pakistan Embassy College Beijing
Pakistan Embassy College Beijing located at No. 1, Dongzhimenwai Dajie, Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing, is seeking the services of a Qualified Consultant/Architectural Firm to provide comprehensive design, technical assistance, and supervision services for a major construction and renovation project at the College Campus.
The updated and revised project scope includes, but is not limited to:
• Construction of a new Academic Block • Construction of a Conference Room and a Cafeteria above the existing College Hall (second floor) • Construction of Pathway to the new Academic Block • Renovation of College Gymnasium • Relocation of offices of the Administrative Block to the Senior Section (Renovation Work) • Construction of two temporary rooms for workers near the residential block
The hired Consultant will work under the overall guidance of the College’s Construction/ Renovation Committee.
